I tuoi diritti

Who is the controller

FRACTURA is a game by Pacca Studio, the label under which Antonio Morlino (MeriPac) publishes games and apps; it is not a company. The data controller is Antonio Morlino, whom you can write to at info@antoniomorlino.com.

The game in the browser

On fracturagame.com there are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and no banner to accept. The game, its images, sounds and music are on our own server: while you play, your browser contacts no third-party service. The only exceptions are Stripe’s or PayPal’s pages, if you choose to buy the web license (see below).

The browser remembers (localStorage) how far you got in the story, your best times, the difficulty and your language, graphics, brightness and audio choices; if you have the web license, also its code and a random id of the browser. If you install FRACTURA from the browser, the game’s files stay on the device so that it starts without the network too. All of it stays on your device and can be deleted from the browser settings; it only serves to give you the game back as you left it, so it needs no consent.

Before it had an address of its own, FRACTURA was at paccastudio.com/fractura: whoever opens that address lands here, and their browser brings along what it remembered there, written in the address after the # sign, a part browsers send to no server.

The web license

If you buy the web license (terms of sale) we process:

Legal basis: the sale contract and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). The data are on the server of fracturagame.com, hosted by Netsons S.r.l. (Italy, EU). Processed on our behalf, each for its part, by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg) for the payment, under their own policies (stripe.com/privacy, paypal.com/privacy), and we never see the card or account details; and by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) for the e-mail with the code (brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy).

We keep the purchase data for 10 years, as tax law requires; the browser ids as long as the license exists. While you buy, the browser keeps for the session only the e-mail you typed, so you need not type it again if you cancel the payment.

FRACTURA for Android

The FRACTURA app on Google Play collects no personal data: it has no account, no analytics, no advertising and does not connect to our servers. Your progress, best times and language, graphics and audio choices stay in the app’s storage on your phone; they are deleted by clearing the app’s data in the Android settings or by uninstalling it.

The unlock of fragments 5–8 is bought through Google Play, which handles the payment under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy): we never see your card details. Google passes us the order data (number, product, amount, country) needed for accounting and refunds (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). The app only asks Google Play whether the unlock has been bought, or received as the pre-registration gift, to turn it back on when you reinstall it or use it on another phone with the same Google account.

Server logs

Like every website, the server hosting fracturagame.com (Netsons S.r.l., Italy, EU) logs the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. They keep the service running and protected (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), we do not use them to profile you and they are kept for the time set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it (within the tax obligations), restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to info@antoniomorlino.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Pacca Studio’s other games and apps have their own policy at paccastudio.com/en/privacy. If anything changes we update this page.
