Che cosa compri
La licenza web di FRACTURA: un codice (FRAC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) che apre nel browser, su fracturagame.com, i frammenti 5–8 della storia (L’Aula, La Metro, L’Abisso, La Frattura). I primi quattro frammenti sono gratuiti per tutti.
- Il codice vale su 5 dispositivi o browser, senza scadenza; FRACTURA installata sulla schermata Home o nel Dock conta come un browser a sé. Se cambi computer o telefono e i posti sono finiti, scrivici e li liberiamo.
- Non vale nell’app FRACTURA per Android di Google Play, che ha il suo acquisto.
- Frammenti o capitoli pubblicati in futuro non sono compresi e potranno essere venduti a parte.
Prezzo e pagamento
2,99 €, IVA inclusa, una volta sola: niente abbonamento, niente pubblicità. Paghi sulla pagina di Stripe (carta e, dove li offre, Apple Pay o Google Pay) o di PayPal; noi non vediamo mai i dati della carta o del conto.
Consegna
Il codice compare nel gioco appena il pagamento è confermato e ti arriva per email all’indirizzo che hai scritto. Nel browser con cui hai comprato la storia si apre subito; negli altri scegli «HO UNA LICENZA» e scrivi il codice.
Diritto di recesso
La licenza è un contenuto digitale fornito subito. Prima di pagare chiedi espressamente di riceverlo subito e prendi atto che così perdi il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni (art. 59, comma 1, lettera o, del Codice del consumo). Se qualcosa non funziona, per esempio il codice non arriva o non apre la storia, scrivici: sistemiamo o rimborsiamo. Un acquisto rimborsato chiude il codice.

What you buy
FRACTURA’s web license: a code (FRAC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that opens in the browser, on fracturagame.com, fragments 5–8 of the story (The Classroom, The Underground, The Abyss, The Fracture). The first four fragments are free for everybody.
- The code holds on 5 devices or browsers, with no expiry; FRACTURA installed on the Home Screen or in the Dock counts as a browser of its own. If you change computer or phone and the places are used up, write to us and we free them.
- It does not hold in the FRACTURA app for Android on Google Play, which has its own purchase.
- Fragments or chapters released in the future are not included and may be sold separately.
Price and payment
€2.99, VAT included, once: no subscription, no ads. You pay on Stripe’s page (card and, where it offers them, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or PayPal’s; we never see the card or account details.
Delivery
The code shows in the game as soon as the payment is confirmed and reaches you by e-mail at the address you typed. In the browser you bought it with the story opens at once; in the others choose “I HAVE A LICENSE” and type the code.
Right of withdrawal
The license is digital content supplied at once. Before paying you expressly ask to receive it at once and acknowledge that by doing so you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Italian Consumer Code, art. 59). If something does not work, for example the code does not arrive or does not open the story, write to us: we fix it or refund it. A refunded purchase closes the code.
